2025 Wendell Judd Cup!

Join the Marlboro Nordic Ski Club for the 2025 Wendell Judd Cup! This race has taken place in Marlboro, VT since 1964. Past winners include Olympic medalist Bill Koch, Youth Olympic medalist Will Koch, and many local legends of cross country skiing. In addition to the open race, there will be youth races as well. All types of skiers are welcome!

Wendell Judd Cup 10k Classic

Update as of 2/7/25: We are planning to run the race on the full course this year! We may have to use the South Pond Land route which will add about 1km of distance to the race.

Start: 12pm

Technique: Classic

Course: If conditions allow, the course will be one full loop starting and finishing at our trail head and going around the South Pond Loop. There will be road crossings where skiers have to remove their skis. If low-snow, we will use a 2.5km loop. If very low snow and we cannot set tracks, technique will be freestyle (skate or classic.) Registration closes at 11:30am. No exceptions.

Entry Fee: $25

MNSC Members Discounted Fee: $15

Kids racing in the 2km challenger race can enter the open 10km race at no charge.

Lollipop .5km 11:00am

Youth Challenger 2.0 KM Race 11:15am

Entry Fee: Lollipop race free, youth challenger race is $5
